Problem with German TV program guide?

Has anyone noticed that for the past week or so, the actual program listings for the German TV service have been replaced by just generic listing for "ARD TV", etc?  I have sent Nextv a note, but have not received a response.

    Cheers

Yes, Garry, I have noticed the same problem with the NexTV program guide.  I am assuming that the reason for this is temporary believing that NexTV is improving the TV guide.  Perhaps I am being optimisitc, but so far NexTV has been doing a very good job trying to stay on top of customer concerns, so this is why I choose to believe that when the program guide returns that it will be "new and improved."  Nonetheless, it would be nice if NexTV would set up a page on their web site where customers could seek information regarding questions such as the one you addressed.  NexTV could post bulletins about changes, problems, issues of concern to the customers, etc.  This would do much to squelch rumors and hearsay as well as provide customers some real feedback on what is going on and what they could look forward to.

What say you, NexTV?  Is this a possibility?

I noticed early this morning that the program guide is back.  Perhaps it was just on Easter holiday ;-)

Anyway, there is a F R E E downloadable program that makes an excellent fully customizable TV program for all German (as well as other European) channels.  The link is http://tvbrowser.org/

I have been using it since January and find it much more useful than the onscreen guide with program descriptions and pictures and included is even some Rundfunksender (in case you want to listen to German radio on the 'net).

    Viel Spaß und schöne Grüße
