    Dear  Kaaveh, let me be the first to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

    Thank you for replying and to giving us a real contact we can talk to and hopefully work with.  I am sure all of here with some frustrations are here not to just complain about issues but really to share with you things that can help you to improve your service and ultimitly become the Best IPTV service out there.

    Agian  Kaaveh thank you for your response and your willingness to work to improve your service.

    Nice to see that NEXTV does actually care about its customers?!  Why has it taken you so long to post and address people's concerns, I hope this is not indicative of your customer service but judging by some people's posts  I think it might be.   Seeing as how your company is relatively new, I am willing to chock up the lack of communication to growing pains hopefully things will improve going forward.  Would be nice to see regular posts from you addressing any questions or concerns from people.

    As for the website being updated soon, forgive me if I am a little skeptical as this has been posted before and the website is still the way it was several months ago.  Hopefully your information is accurate but  I will believe it when I see it.

    Now on to my first question, can you give us some news about possible future channel offerings?  I have heard about the following packages being offered: Croatian, Hungarian & Greek, are these launching soon?

    Regarding the website, you have a right to be skeptical, however, I am now personally in charge of ensuring the website being updated.  Therefore, within the two weeks I mentioned, I will push my designers to ensure it will be complete.  Just know that we also love to hear your suggestions of what you would like in the website. We are going to include a forum. But anything else, please inform me. 

    As we are a growing company, our customer service is improving alongside us.  However, I stand behind our customer service 100%, seeing/hearing them work on a daily basis.  They truly care/value our current and potential subscribers. 

    I do not know when we will be launching new packages other than the ones we have.  I will post an update when there is one. 

    I will try to check this forum at least twice per week.

    We need to change the title of this thread, it now should read

    " GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GETNEXTV!"

    ThanX GetNextv and we are all looking forward to many many years of great ethinc IPTV that we can't get anywhere else and for being a company we can all belive in and rely on.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Good to hear that the website update may finally happen this time around, the only issue I have is that the site is kept up-to-date.  Basically ensuring that all information is updated and whenever there is something to update it is updated on a consistent basis.  As for suggestions, one thing that I would like to see that is missing is descriptions of each channel that you offer.  Some might not be familiar with all the different channels you offer, so if there is a description about each one, it would really be helpful. I noticed that you did have descriptions when the site was first launched (back then you only offered a German package), so hopefully that is something you are looking at doing?! A program schedule would be nice too, but a link to the channels' website would be suffice as well.  This is one problem I have with the Ethnic Channels website, they do not provide a program schedule for any of the channels they offer?!  I don't understand the reason behind that, specifically since the ECG channels are not direct, they have Canadian content in them so the schedule is different.  I am assuming that the channels offered by NEXTV will be direct from country of origin and not North American versions- is that correct?!  I hope you also plan on re-designing the site not just updating the info as a better layout is also needed IMO.

    The following page which is about the IPG should also be incorporated into the new site, it was on the original site but I do not see it on the current website: http://getnextv.com/german/about.htm

    I hope your company is able to work out the kinks (technical problems, customer service issues) and improves the product they offer so as to be around for many years.

    So far, I haven't seen any responses from "Director of Marketing and Communications NEXTV" regarding the actual service and any explanation why the service is choking for different customers. The only things I saw were responses about "great customer service" and big letters in the title of the guy. People who subscribe to service want to watch tv and not to talk with "great customer service" who is unable to help them but rather promise to wait and see changes in future. In January you guys promised to update your web site, but it is still the same. A high schooler knows how to create and support web sites. Maybe hire one for your company "established in 2002".

    Hi Everybody,

    This is Kaaveh Shoman again, (Director of Marketing for NexTV).  Firstly, regarding our website: getnextv.com, we are still working on it, and it is almost complete.  The initial time line I estimated was obviously wrong, and after further assessment it will take some time longer.  We are 70% complete.  However, as you all know our website is a secondary priority, but the quality of the picture and our set-top boxes come first.  Therefore, we have been continuously testing and upgrading our technology to better serve all of you.  My colleagues and I, are happy with the present situation and are excited about the future of this company.  Our company was founded via the linear Digital Cable platform.  We proved we can deliver a successful product/service.  IPTV is a newer platform for everybody including the larger companies, and I feel we are doing everything in our capable power to surmount any obstacles.  I am more than happy to speak to anyone directly to provide further details.

    I want to thank you and whole team on the excellent service you have provided your German package subscribers.  The quality and enhancements have continually been upgraded.  Your service is the only one that is available in my area and I am thrilled that Ethnic Channels was able to fill the void after the problems with GermanTV.  I look forward to the new website and other channel additions.  I really love the time shifting for ARD and ZDF, much appreciated as I can come home from work and tuen into the primetime shows.
