This is such an immature response. ShifTV also had an office, where are they now? You can still visit their office, you know? All other companies have offices as well. There is a company in Toronto, RTNC.ca who offer a much better service than NexTV, in US there are few. You can't compare until you actually try.

Don't you think that people will choose a company who will give them channels they want and not all the free, useless, not interesting stuff offered by legit guys? Who cares if they are ligit or not? Don't buy into the annual subscription and if the company goes down, you only paid for what you watched. Find another one that offers something ...

Condor, in case you didn't get it yet, it is all about legal issues. Nextv tries to play legal, that's why they don't have the channels. Broadshift played illegal and tried to legalize illegal market, the result of it you can see in your set top box.
