The resolution appears to be better than OverseaTV. However, it is still not "broadcast quality" NTSC. Additionally, the picture appears to still be at 30 frames per second, which it not so noticeable if you are watching a movie, but if you are watching a live or videotaped program, which in its original format is usually at frame rate of either 50 (Europe) or 60 (USA) interlaced , you do see a difference.
