    IPTV Set-top Boxes

Does anyone have information on the prices of various IPTV Set-top boxes?   They must have h.264 and Windows Media 9 compression, standard def and high def, NTSC/PAL compatible and less than $150?

Check out Amino 125 and please share your findings. It does WM9 - that's a great progress.

    thanks,

    Re: IPTV Set-top Boxes

    Hi,

Different STB and STB middleware vendors announce that their solution has an API for integration of the 3rd party content provider from one side and 3rd party client application on STB. I'm trying to understand this aspect in deep, but cannot find any API guide, javadoc, developer guide, what ever… . Can anybody refer me to such document(s). Does any vendor provide an evaluation software/license?

    Thanks.

    Re: IPTV Set-top Boxes

    I suggest Koncept's N8609I, that is a multicast:MPEG2+H.264 VOD:WMV9 set top box.
