Looking for basic advice on streaming to 20 houses via fiber

Hi There,

I am an IT/Wireless Services Provider. One of my clients has asked me to produce an IPTV solution for them for one of their new sites.

Their new site contains 20 houses. Each house has its own fiber link to a comms room.

We would like to install multiple satellite dishes and receivers to provide 10 HD channels and 15 SD channels. Installing that and the necessary rack system is easy.

It's the next stage that I have no idea about. How to convert each source to a network stream and what sort of set top box to receive the stream in the house.

Any basic pointers would be great, I love learning new things.
