    Hi,

    I have a Slingbox with freeview connected in my home in Kilmarnock if you are still looking to exchange, My upload speed is around 320kbps, used it alot last year when I was working away from home with no problems veiwing.

    I have also have a canadian programming mix with american channels. I'm interested in uk channels. Please pm soon.
