Hi all

I bought the Arabic IPTV media box receiver from www.satonline.co.uk in june. Everything went fine till last two months when i found that some Arabic channels are not working or missing. Rang Mr. Shayne from satonline. Told him about the problem and till now no answer. He doesnt answer my phone calls, neither my emails. I think i been scammed by this company. They offered me one year warranty on the box. Now I dont know what to do. Most channels are missing and i cant view. Anyone had the same problem before. thankx all.

Did you try resetting the unit as advised? We may have missed your emails as our address has recently changed  – please kindly update your records.  I can be contacted direct on +44 1623 55 11 22.

We can now be contacted at cardmaniauk@btinternet.com. Include a list of missing channels, when the fault first occured, etc. I would also advice that your check your broadband speed and equipment.
