Looking for providers of IPG/EPG data providers that offer worldwide coverage.

This is my first post / reply on this forum. I was doing some research myself and hit this site, and saw your question.
There are NO commercial feed provider that covers worldwide for Program Guides.
The only thing that is closest to worldwide coverage is the XMLtv standard, spec, and feeds

However, none of those feeds are delivered with Quality of Service; changes can occur on the format, breaking delivery of the data for any application which is built on top of such feeds.
Updates to the data can be good, but usually never include the matrix of channel map, program IDs and allocations for the various means to deliver the TV signal in the first place (cable, satellite, terrestrial - may it be analog or digital).
