Sky Angel IPTV in Canada went off the air, but Sky Angel IPTV in the US is up and running.  I have the service in my home.

You could get the US service, and use it in Canada.  Sky Angel advertises it as working anywhere there's a broadband internet connection.

I don't know if they'll sell it to someone at a Canadian address, but you certainly could get it sent to a US address, and then set it up to charge to your credit card every month.
