I recently bought a Mag 250. It was installed by the seller but I noticed after he left one of the channels I used to get on Sky is not on it.
I asked the seller but he either cannot or does not want to help me. He is based about 400 miles away so probably does not want to drive here again. I think the former. I looked on line but so far cant find anything to tell me how to manually add a channel, though I did find something for the MAG200. Although the hand sets are the same the buttons seem to have different functions so I cant use the MAG200 instructions.
Can anyone out there help me. I do not want to go on to a pay for help forum as it would cost equivalent to two months subscription.
I have tried to email the manufactures but they still have not replied in three days.
Any help would be most appreciated.
