Hello, I am from Sri Lanka a third world nation and I am looking for a setup with nickelodeon, nicktoons, and news network CNN, does not have to be in HD, and I do not need a DVR. I can pay $10 monthly, or $15 maximum and will pay for 5 month cycles. Please consider, I come from a poor nation so I cannot afford high prices.Thanks
