Guys for now this is what they have, one of  the channel Italiani Nel Mondo is one of the best channels for the Italian community outside Italy its sort of mix of all the best programming of the channels. Also Roma Uno is sort of New York 1, I have asked many people here in Brooklyn and they seem happy to have regional channels I will find out
