I have been using Mike's service for about a year and a half and can only say he is ****THE BEST***!! I swear he never sleeps because I can write a note anytime of day or night and he gets back to me asap :) --He is honest, quick to assist and the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a tv junkie :) -- and when we found out we were moving overseas, I did a lot of research. Mike just couldn't be beat! He lets you test out the service to make sure you are happy --- his ultimate goal --- and then you are off and running!
