Looking for channels from Latin America

I need channels from Latin America, particularly argentinian like TV Publica, America etc. which shows football. ISDB-T Argentina, Directv Latin America or moving dish from 50W till 120W :)

I can offer Hotbird 13E or Astra 19.2E and polish tv terrestial and canal+ (slingbox pro, 2mb upload, from February 2012).
