Yes it is a Verizon Fios DVR in New York sitting on 35mbps infrastructure (so 6000 miles away you can get anywhere from 3mbps direct connection to 8-10mbps via proxy - the max), all channels are unlocked, price depends or your time frame needs.

Let me know what those are and I will give make you an offer.

There is no minimum time commitment.
