The location is New York - Verizon Fios DVR on a 35 mbps upload infrastructure. I've been able to connect from 6000 miles away directly at 3000kbps or with proxy server at 8-10mbps so perfect HD. All channels are unlocked. Price depends on your goals - are you looking for a day, week, month? there is no commitment as I mentioned but price does depend on the time frame you are looking for (ideally my goal is to minimize idle time)..
