I suspect Broadshift / Shiftv had already filed for bankruptcy they know very well that in North America they can be sued for so business practices unless they have filed for chapter eleven. I personally paid for one year programming totaled $300 dollars they owe me $150 for the balance of the year. Before any legal action I recommend you to file a complaint with the better business bureau http://welcome.bbb.org/
Also call your Visa card to stop any further payments to that company and see if card your insurance could re-reimburse you for the lousy service they provided.
