    I have been using IPTV now for about 3 years I have Russian TV trought Getnextv.

    It is all basicly the same.  You must have a high speed cable connection for best quality.

    You get a Router you route to to setop box. then you use the Yellow white Red A/V cables and hook this up to a DVD RECODER via the input,, then you hook up your dvd recorder with second set of Yellow/white/red cables to you tv via Video 1 input or video 2 input.

    Thats basicly it.  you can thus record to dvd it's very easy.
