Re: What's Up with the lousy service now being provided by NexTV

    Hi Everybody,

After reading some of the comments on this forum; I felt it was time to introduce myself, and put a face to the company (so to speak): NexTV.  My name is Kaaveh Shoman, and I am the Director of Marketing and Communications at NexTV.

Yes, we agree with you 100%, our service has not been at the level we are used to.  Please understand we recently launched this IPTV platform (in January 2008), therefore there are some issues we still have to resolve.  However, we are currently in a position where our website is going to be updated within 2 weeks.  We are currently upgrading some of our technical issues.  We asssure you all, that our goal is to have an integral impact in the IPTV world for a very long time.

The quality of our service is currently approved by and has been satisfying a large amount of our subscribers.  Some of which, have not been happy, and as professionals we will strive daily to improve our service.

Here is a small biography about our company:

Founded in 2002, Ethnic Channels Group is Canada’s largest multicultural, third language broadcaster, with 53 CRTC licenses. ECG distributes international television via Rogers Cable, Bell ExpressVu, Telus Canada, and Aurora Cable throughout Canada.  Due to the proven success on digital platforms, the company has launched its IPTV platform NexTV in order to bring a larger variety of international channels to Canadians of various backgrounds. A wealth of experience paired with international contacts form the basis of our work and success in the Canadian market.

I encourage all of you to contact me directly if you have any concerns or comments.
