I have a Slingbox Pro-HD up for rent. It is connected to Fios on the Ultimate HD package, including all premium movie channels.

There is extensive on demand programming available as well.

It is on a dedicated direct connection to my router, with a 65 Mbps upload.

This connection has previously been used with a great connection/picture as far away as Thailand and Australia.

I am in the Eastern time zone in the USA (Buffalo, NY)

$85/month with DVR
