Box Update FAIL

Thank you for reading this post. My box stopped suddenly and went into an upgrade process, but failed to fully upgrade. Now it is stuck at the Security System DOS menu and does not allow me to get out of it.
I tried to retry the upgrade, but the download fails at about 39%.
Through all of my tries I also ended up losing the server URL for USA.
So I need a solution to fix the box and the URL to get back connected to the server.
