Slingbox in US w/ TimeWarner cable for Canadian or German TV

Looking for a Canadian box (want CFMT aka OMNI.1 and/or CityTV), or a German box (want Pro7 and/or Orf Eins from Austria)

I have TWC with most of the channels and 2Mbps upload
