Need information about IPTV

Hi there, I am Julien Constant from Mauritius Is. I use to do conventional installations of MATV here. I`m looking forward how IPTV works for future installations. Any supplier of equipments or technician who knows how it works , please keep me in touch about thr matter. Thanks in advance.
