Please answer this! I need to know if starting a internet tv "channel" is a viable and monetarily sound investment (if targeted to a specific demographic).

I'd use a company like Brightcove as my platform, as I understand they allow for built-in advertising that is specific to the type of demographic you'd target. Is the revenue from some ads worthwhile? I mean, can you make money off of this?

It all comes down to the marketing. The good thing about using Brightcove is that it doesn't cost money so you have nothing to lose but time producing the content. Good content will always get some views.
