I am trying to understand the difference between how a large IPTV company & a small IPTV company operates in regards to headends/video hubs.

I know larger IPTV companies have super headends where they receive national programming. This is then sent to video hubs where local programming is added.

My question is... what about smaller companies? They wouldn't have super headends, right? Do they have a smaller headend & then send programming out to a video hub? Or does programming just get sent out from the headend?
