Slingbox Host USA - Anyone?

Hello,

I would like to know some prices of USA channels for Slingbox.
Just e-mail me @ contact youre monthly price and any other costs. and what channels(or something like a TV company name)
Also of course youre speed.
I don't want premium ultra packages which are way too expensive in my opinion.
But just the regular USA channels.
