Got a Belgium cable DVR available:

Consist of Belgium (Both NL and French language(20+ channels)), Dutch(NED1-3), French(TF1, France2, France3, France4, French5 etc.), Italian(Rai1-5), British(BBC1/BBC4) and German(ARD/ZDF) plus a number of specific local market channels (Movie, Sport nature etc).

That would be a box dedicated to you.

Could imagine to trade this with US east coast or local Phoenix AZ satellite/cable market (with Showtime/HBO etc).
