technology areas of specialty:
o VoIP; SIP; IPv4-IPv6 routing; QoS
o WinCE (Windows Mobile/Pocket PC) RTOS
o IP Network Security; 3DES; WiFi; intrusion detection; firewalls
o IPTV; IGMP; mpeg 2 & 4; moving pictures expert
