Help with IPTV Buffering and disconnecting

Would some help me. I have a droidBox 8 mini, Download speed 75mps, Comcast is my cable carrier (I ask comcast to remove all filters and stop on my line) They replaced my cable from the post to the house. I hard wired to a New MOTOROLA modem that motorola help me set up for IPTV (2.4 and 5g). I have a paid sub from England. The sub claim it not them that is the problem. What else can I do ???
