I'm looking for a reputable provider for television over IP.

We do not own a TV and we only watch TV on our PC. Previously we have connected our cable wire in to our CATV card on the back of our computer and used Windows Media Center. We just moved though and I'm not at all happy with our new cable provider customer service to technical service and I would like an alternative for basic TV channels on my computer.

I don't want to go through a service that is unreliable or has a huge delay on my favorite shows though.

What, if any, options do I have?
